Is the journal dated?
No. The journal is guided but not dated, making it suitable for every pregnancy. The weekly tracking pages cover weeks 4 to 40, but without specific dates, so you can start using it at any time and move through it at your own pace.
What language is the journal in?
The journal is written entirely in British English.
Is it a good gift idea?
Absolutely! This journal makes a thoughtful and meaningful gift for any expectant parent. It’s perfect both as a personal keepsake and as a heartfelt present for baby showers, pregnancy announcements, or special milestones.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually dispatched the same day or, at the latest, the following working day.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. All orders are sent with tracked delivery, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Which courier do you use for shipping?
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or Evri, depending on the service selected and availability.
Where do you ship to?
At the moment, shipping is available within the United Kingdom only.
Can the journal be used for twins or multiples?
The journal is designed to document a single pregnancy, but it can still be easily adapted for twins or multiples.
The only page specifically dedicated to a single name is the “Baby Name” page, but you can simply use it to note down more than one name and write about your final choices.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, returns are accepted as long as the journal remains unopened and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What happens if my order is lost or arrives damaged?
This is a very rare occurrence – in over a thousand orders, it has only happened a handful of times. However, if it does happen, please don’t worry. Simply get in touch, and we will send a replacement copy at our expense.
What are the international taxes, duties, etc., that I have to pay?
At the moment, we only ship within the United Kingdom, so no international taxes or customs duties apply.
What do I do if I never received my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order details and tracking number. We will look into the issue straight away and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
What do I do if I receive a defective or damaged order?
Although this is very rare, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement copy at our expense.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please get in touch as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
